Brumfield's Babies Shipping Sales Contract

To reserve a puppy pay the non-refundable deposit of $300, which is deducted from the listed price. If you pay a deposit and later within 6 months decided on a puppy the deposit will transfer over.

Shipping is an additional $400.00 and it will be added to the purchase price of the puppy.

The seller warrants that the described puppy above is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership. I guarantee my dogs to be pet quality, not showing or breeding quality. Brumfields' Babies cannot guarantee color, weight, and size. Not covered are slight genetic and not considered to be non-life threatening would be the following: umbilical or inguinal hernia, undecided testicles,loose patella, and under or overbite. Brumfield's Babies will no way be liable for the above, these are not considered life threatening.

If the puppy is to be replaced, buyer must pay for charges of shipping the puppy back to seller and all charges shipping replacement puppy back to you. Buyer must also return the puppy's medical record, registration paperwork and a letter/statement from a licensed veterinarian.

This contract does not cover Coccidia, which can be caused by stress, not eating properly or frequent enough, playing too much and/or change in diet. Changing the environment of a small puppy can cause a full blown case of Coccidia. Medication, Albon and Marquis, is given for stress before each puppy is sold. The Coccidia species in dogs does not infect humans.

DUE TO COVID19

For protection of all concerned parties, you should have a licensed veterinarian examine your puppy (due to COVID19) any time available closest to date after receiving the puppy. If a licensed veterinarian declares animal in unacceptable health and the animal is returned to me within 24 hours of the exam, I will gladly exchange for another puppy if one is available at that time. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian is required. If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery, no guarantee is made and no other grounds for exchange will be accepted. I will not be responsible for the cost of the veterinarian checkups , any medication that might be offered, or any other charges required in the future.

No guarantee is made in regards to size, color, or quality at maturity, unless otherwise stated below. In order for Brumfield's Babies to hold a puppy for you, you will need to make a $300.00 non-refundable deposit through square, over the phone with your credit card or with a personal check in the postal mail. The deposit will be deducted from purchase price of your puppy. Deposits and any payments made on the puppy are non-refundable. If the puppy that you have chosen is ready for shipment the payment in full for the puppy must be paid a week before the next shipping date.

At any time while Brumfield's Babies has the puppy in their care and we feel that the customer whom has already put a deposit/payment down on the puppy, is not fit to own the puppy or will not take the necessary care in the future for the puppy, we can and will refund your deposit and will not sell one of our puppies to you. The refund of the deposit/payment will be made the same way the deposit/payment was made to Brumfield's Babies.

If you have made a deposit on a puppy and you find another puppy that is available more fitting for you and/or your family, you may switch puppies. We only allow you to switch between puppies once. If you are unsure which puppy you are interested in please wait until you are sure which puppy you are interested in by watching our website, www.theperfectpup.com or ask to be put on our waiting list for a certain breed, sex or desired look/personality.

If you have made a deposit on a puppy and we, Brumfield's Babies, are trying to contact you and you do not respond to us, Brumfield's Babies, with in five days of our first attempt to contact you, your deposit will be lost and the puppy will be put back up for sale. If you send a deposit before filling out our, Brumfield's Babies, sales contract it will be as if you did fill the sales contract. You must fill out our sales contract in order to purchase one of our puppies. Filling out this contract does not hold a puppy, you need to send a deposit to hold a puppy. If sale pending has been written on a puppy's picture for you, you have one day to confirm how you will be making your payment/deposit. If no payment is received in a week from then, then the puppy will be put back up for sale. The puppy must be picked up within 2 weeks of the "Estimated Availability Date" for the puppy being purchased. Brumfield's Babies is not a boarding facility and can not hold on to the purchased puppy after they are ready to go to their forever home. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your puppy once they are 8 weeks and ready to go, we will charge $20 per week. If you do not pick your puppy up within 2 weeks of the "Estimated Availability Date" for your puppy, your payments and deposit will be lost and we will put the puppy back up for sale.

When shipping a puppy, we will ultimately pick the international airport that the puppy will be shipped too, regardless of your preferred choice, if the travel/connection time will be shorter at one of the next closest international airports. On the terms of returning a puppy, if the puppy is healthy and has no life threatening problems, no money will be refunded. The buyer understands that by filling out this contract with their name and submitting it is the same as signing it in person. This agreement is a binding contract in the state of Tennessee and is the entire agreement between the buyer and Tammy Brumfield/Brumfield's Babies concerning the health conditions and/ or loss of this puppy. Any litigation commenced shall take place in the White County Tennessee Court System. Submitting this contract means that the buyer has read and understands in full the entire agreement of this contract. No puppy is to be sold without the buyer submitting Brumfield's Babies contract.

*FLIGHTS are chosen by the breeder, and the airlines, depending on the conditions of the weather and the day of the week will be the deciding factors. The puppy must be 8 weeks old before able to ship.  American Airlines will ship everyday EXCEPT WEEKENDS.*
