Can I come to your Kennel or place of business to see the puppies?

-We do NOT allow kennel visits due to the high risk of our puppies getting sick. We allow our puppies get all the vaccinations needed to get immunity to the virus/diseases before they are exposed to anything. I do upload weekly videos and pictures of every puppy. We completely understand if you do not want to purchase a puppy from us because of this. If you would like need help finding other locations that do allow you to visit we are more than wiling to help! Just let us know.

Is my deposit refundable?

-Our deposit is a $300 non-refundable deposit. Should you choose to not get the puppy you had originally picked, we will give you a $300 credit for 6 months. During those 6 months, you will get to pick another puppy from the litter of your choice. After the 6 months is up and you haven't yet chosen a puppy, the $300 credit will then expire.

When and how do I pay my deposit?

-After you have picked the puppy of your choice, we ask that you pay the $300 deposit to secure your purchase of the puppy. We can send you an invoice via email that you can pay by debit/credit, venmo, and cash. We accept checks for DEPOSIT ONLY, as long as it is within two weeks of the pick-up date. We would prefer that the check is from a bank in Tennessee, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to pay the entire balance, you may also do that via the same payment options except for a check, some exceptions may apply.

What size are your puppies?

-We have breeds that range from 2 1/2lbs to 24lbs full grown. Each puppy has their estimated full grown weight listed next to them. If you have any questions please ask.

What are the puppies registered with?

-They are all CKC registered and will come with their paperwork, which I go over with you at the delivery of the puppy. Unless the puppy is shipped in which case we discuss it over email/call/text. Most of the my adult dogs are AKC registered, but AKC does not recognize designer mixes as a breed. Every once in a while I will have an AKC Maltese or Yorkie litter. Please ask if you are interested in getting an AKC puppy specificly.

What type of coat will my designer breed have?

It is hard to say exactly what kind of hair your puppy will end up having. They could be born with straight hair and then it will turn curly or wavy. If you are getting a designer breed just keep in mind that they can have the hair of either side of the breed or a mix of both. For example: A maltipoo can end up having curly, wavy or straight hair. It can be smooth or a fluffy coat.

Will my Morkie stay this color?

Generally, they will turn silver.

If you look at the under coat of your puppy at around 6-8 weeks you will be able to take a guess at what their adult coloring will be. If they turn a lighter color they will most likely have the darker color on the tips of the hair. This goes for most breeds.

Medical Questions:

When I get my puppy should I take him/her to the Veterinarian?

When a puppy goes into a new home it is very stressful for them, some puppies stress more than others. It can be a bit scary for them as they figure out their new surroundings, which can cause them stress. When a puppy stresses, their immune system is not as strong as it would normally be, making it easier for them to get sick. As long as you give your puppy enough resting time, make SURE they are eating and drinking they will adjust quickly to their new home. We always suggest taking your baby to your local Vet within 72 hours of getting your new puppy to be safe and make sure they are still as healthy as they were when they left us and prevent/stop anything that might have happened from your puppy.

We also suggest local veterinarians not big chain veterinarians.

Has my puppy been given a shot?

Yes, all puppies are given immuninations as prescribed. They recieve the NeoTech brand of shots for Canine Parvovirus, Distemper and Adenovirus.

Has my puppy been dewormed?

Yes, all puppies are dewormed with Strongid and Panacur. You will get a medical record showing all of the dates in which the puppy had recieved which medications.

How will I know when my puppy needs another shot?

The medical record provided to you at delivery lists at the bottom 'Next Shot Date:'. Also on the medical record it will have the dates that the last shots they were given, information about the puppy. If you or your vet have any questions, please contact us through email or calling.

What is Coccidia?

Coccidia is a parasite. It infects the intestinal tracts of animals. It is not transferable to humans. The puppies can get it from their mothers because they do not have a strong enough immune system to fight it off. Most commonly they get it from stressors, such as new owners, new environment, travel and weather changes. If you notice your puppies stool having blood and/or mucus in it or diarrhea, they most likely have Coccidia. Please take a stool sample to your vet or make a vet visit so that they can give you the medication for your puppy to help your puppy fight off the coccidia. All my puppies are given Albon and Marquis prior to leaving my facility. We clean our facility with Tek-Trol and Sybohenol.

What is Parvovirus?

This is a disease that is HIGHLY contagious! It is spread from dog to dog, and can be transferred from humans/animals to dogs though it only infects dogs. You can bring it into your house on your shoes, tires, hands pretty much anything. Please be careful where you bring your new puppy for the first few months before they have had all their shots. It take about 5-10 days for the symptoms of the virus to show. Symptoms are vomiting, bloody diarrhea, fever, dehydration and loss of appetite. If not treated immediately by a veterinarian, chances are that they will not make it. I clean my facility with Tek-Trol and Oxine. Tek-Trol and Oxine solution kills Parvovirous. You can also use bleach. We also use a high titter vaccination to prevent Parvovirus.

Puppy Care Questions:

What do I need to buy before I get my puppy?

You will need to buy a bag of dog food Diamond - Puppy is what I feed them along with suggest to buy. Some treats for if you want to train them. 'Natural Balance' or 'Wellness Brand' are good treats. A play pen and/or a crate. I highly recommend a play pen, though some people prefer crate training. Puppy Pads, a comfy bed, some safe chew and play toys. A collar or harness and a leash, though we recommend harnesses.

Please look at the Puppy Supplies page for more information.

What will my puppy be use to?

Your puppy is used to being in an open top 4x5 inside area with a doggy door that leads outside to a 4x10 outside concreted area. They have access to their food and water 24/7. They have their comfy bed, blanket and toys in there as well. Also, if they are still being paper trained, they will have newspaper down in a corner of the pen so that they learn to use the newspaper/puppy pad as their bathroom. WE DO NOT CRATE TRAIN!

Will my puppy be on a eating schedule when I get him or her?

No, they will not. Since they are so tiny, you want to make sure that they are eating when they are hungry. Once your puppy has been in your house and has adjusted well, you can start a scheduled eating routine. Please make sure they are eating... I can not stress this enough!

What kind of food are you feeding the puppies?

They are being fed Diamond - Puppy and Pedigree - Puppy.

Where can I purchase the diamond puppy food?

You can get it at any Tractor Supply. You can go to their website and put in your location and find the closest place to purchase this brand of dog food.

You can also purchase it off of www.chewy.com and have it shipped to your home.

Why do I need to give my puppy filtered or bottled water?

I recommend giving your puppy filtered or bottled water for the first 6 months because there are parasites and bacteria that can be harmful to your puppy. When they are around 6 months old they have a much stronger immune system to fight off harmful parasites and bacteria.

**WEIGHT IS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE PARENTS OF THE LITTER, AND THE AMOUNT OF PUPPIES IN THE LITTER.**
